What’s in a name?

Well, quite a lot as it happens. My name is pronounced ‘So-fire’, not ‘So-fear’… approaching life with fire rather than fear is an art, especially in daunting situations. How do you project the best image of yourself? How do you make a great first impression? How do you not be a slave to your emotions?

You might be starting life in a new city or country, starting a business, going for promotion, or simply wish to develop a distinguished polished duende and image. Even those with the highest academic qualifications or business experience struggle to present the best image of themselves within that first few seconds of meeting. There are skills, beyond those of academic learning, which distinguish those possessing them from their peers in any social or commercial situation.

Learning these skills of etiquette, coupled with good manners and emotional intelligence, allows you to be the master of your potential, to further your capabilities and broaden your horizons. They can be the difference between success and failure, fulfilling your potential and not.
